FAQ’s
Do I have to purchase my pool or liner through you?
No you can purchase your pool or liner anywhere and we will be happy to install it.
Do I need a permit for my new above ground swimming pool?
The short answer is yes. If you are installing a new pool and require an electrician to run power to the pool you will need a permit for the pool and the electrical. We will give you our HIC Contractors # and worker comp policy # for you to fill out the permit application.
How Do I Fill the Pool?
We use the garden hose to add a foot of water in the pool to set the liner. Once you have a foot of water in the pool you can have water delivered. Water delivery companies usually carry 7000 gallons per truck load and they charge about $375.00 per truck. In most cases you need two trucks loads to fill the pool.
How long does it take to build an aboveground pool?
In most cases we can install the pool in one day. We ask that you line up your electrician for a day or two after the installation so we are not in each others way.
How do I figure out what size pool I need?
If you’re having trouble figuring out what size or style pool will best fit your backyard you can request a consultation with us. We will make an appointment to come out and look at your yard. Before meeting with us please contact the town to find out what the restrictions are. For example if you have a septic system then how many feet away from the septic does the pool need to be. Another thing to consider is the distance from the property lines we need to be.
